Port d`Andratx, Mallorca
Available at certain times of the year for long term (non-touristic) rental - currently not available. Guide price €13,000 per month, including utilities, but no services (to comply with Balearics code).
Port d`Andratx is an upmarket (but not snooty) fishing village and port with a prestigious sailing club, lively restaurant and bar scene, situated in the SW of the island. The house is situated in 3rd line above the sea close to the Club de Vela (sailing club, 5 mins walk) and the small Port d`Andratx beach (3 minutes walk). There are 3 bedrooms, all en suite, two of which overlook the port and a patio which benefits from early morning summer sun from 7AM to late afternoon sun at 6PM. The large patio area has a plunge pool for cooling off, as well as a private parking space.
